Tuna Patties

Here's how to make Tuna Patties. They're delicious, nutritious, and very cheap. These patties worked out to be about $.35 each. You can use leftover mashed potatoes or make them specifically for this. I'm using canned Tuna here as it's a cheap and tasty source of protein.

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and form into a patty. Repeat.

2Heat up non-stick pan with oil on medium high heat. When oil is hot, carefully place patties into oil. You may have to reshape the patties with your spatula. Fry for a few minutes till golden Brown on the bottom, then flip to the other side. Add more oil if necessary and fry till golden brown.

3Garnish with sliced green onions, and serve with dip. I served mine with a yoghurt dip, consisting of greek yoghurt, minced cucumber, cilantro, green onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

4 Cups of Mashed Potatoes

2 Cans of Tuna

1/2 Cup of Carrots (Minced)

1/2 Cup of Onion (Minced)

1 Clove of Garlic

1 Egg
