This Taco salad in a Mason jar is about to step up your lunch game. It's a healthy taco salad with all the great classic taco salad fixings with a few healthy modifications.

Directions

1Fry up ground beef in a pan on medium high heat. Add cumin and Chili powder. Fry till cooked. Drain fat from pan with a spoon. Remove from heat and chill in an open container.

2Add salsa and yoghurt to the bottom of each jar. Then follow with the ingredients that can handle the dressing juices. Start with kidney beans, then corn, tomatoes, chilled ground beef, cheese, avocado, lettuce, and cilantro.

3When ready to serve, add chips to a large plate or bowl, and dump/ spoon out your chilled taco salad, mix, and enjoy.

Ingredients

1 lb / 500 Grams of Ground Beef

2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder

1 Teaspoon of Cumin

1/2 Cup of Greek Yoghurt

1/2 Cup of Salsa

1 Cup of Tomato (Chopped)

1 Cup of Corn Kernels

1 19 oz Can of Beans

1 Cup of Shredded Shredded Cheese

1/2 Cup of Cilantro (Chopped)

Juice of half a lime

1 Cup of Lettuce

1 Avocado

Corn Chips
