Here's how to make a healthy chicken and vegetable stir fry, with tons of fresh vegetables including broccoli, carrots, celery, and red pepper fried with oyster sauce.

Directions

1Brown the chicken in hot Oil till cooked. Set aside.

2Add Onions to hot pan. Add oil if necessary. Add Tablespoon of Soy Sauce. Fry for a minute.

3Add Carrot, and Broccoli. Fry for a minute

4Add Celery, and pepper, garlic and ginger. Fry for a minute.

5Add mushrooms, rest of soy sauce, Oyster Sauce, and sweet chili sauce.

6Add Chicken back to pan. Add green onion. Enjoy.

2 Tablespoons Oil

2 Chicken Breasts (Chopped)

1 Large Onion (Chopped)

3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)

1 Tablespoons of Ginger (Minced)

1 Cup Carrots (Sliced)

1 Cup Broccoli (Chopped)

1 Cup Celery (Sliced)

1 Bell Pepper (Sliced)

3 Tablespoon Green Onion (Chopped for Garnish)

2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce

1 Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
