Chia Seed Pudding with Banana

This is one of the awesome staple breakfast recipes you can add to your repertoire. I make my Chia Seed Pudding with Banana for some extra nutrients and natural sweetener and top it off with berries, granola and nuts. This can be made for about $1 per serving.

Directions

1Mash the bananas into a smooth paste. I don't mind chunks but if you do, mash it till smooth. Add Chia Seeds, Almond Milk, Vanilla, and Cinnamon.

2Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes up to 24 hours. It will start to thicken and congeal.

3Remove from fridge and top with any toppings you prefer!!

Ingredients

2 Bananas (Medium sized)

5 tbsp of Chia Seeds

1 1/2 Cups of Almond Milk

1/2 tsp of Vanilla

1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon

1/2 Cup of Granola (Optional Topping)

1/4 Cup of Chopped Almonds (Optional Topping)

1/4 Cup of Fresh Berries (Optional Topping)

1/2 of Apple [Finely Sliced] (Optional Topping)

1 tbsp of Flax Seeds (Optional Topping)
