5 Minute Frozen Vegetable Stir Fry

Frozen Vegetables can have more nutrition than much of the fresh produce you buy at the store, as it is flash frozen. Frozen vegetables require virtually no prep, and can be quite a bit cheaper if buying in bulk. In this recipe, we skip defrosting the frozen veggies first to avoid sogginess.

Directions

1Heat up a large wok or pan on high heat. Once very hot, add coconut oil till melted and glistening in the pan.

2Add Frozen vegetables to wok and gently toss in wok till largest piece is almost cooked all the way through.

3Add ginger and garlic, and toss to avoid burning. Then add oyster and soy sauce. Garnish with green onions (Optional).

Ingredients

500 Grams of Frozen Vegetables

2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce

1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce

2 Cloves of garlic (minced)

1 tbsp ginger (minced)

1 tbsp Coconut oil (Or vegetable oil)

Sliced Green Onions (Optional garnish)
