Vegan ‘Cheese Pasta’ with Acorn Squash

Holy this stuff is amazing. We're making a healthy yet absolutely delicious plant based version of "Cheese Pasta" with a bit of inspiration from Corrine's Nanny on the Bachelor.. (Don't watch but gf does..) 😪 We use some awesome ingredients including Acorn Squash, and keep it super cheap as per usual. Looking at about $2.75 per serving here.

I recently came up with this Vegan Ground beef, and I'm stoked on it! This is a really easy plant-based meat substitute, that works so well with fajitas, quesadillas, or tacos. It's quite high in protein, and a complete one at that!
